Culinary Basics Training Course

In this program, students will develop essential skills required to work as a line cook in a professional kitchen, including knife handling, plating techniques, and safety standards. The course also covers food temperatures, kitchen documentation, and compliance protocols. Participants will earn certifications, including the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification and a CEC Completion Certificate, while applying their knowledge through hands-on practice in a fully equipped professional kitchen.

Roasting Dinner

This session teaches the fundamentals of roasting proteins and vegetables to perfection. You’ll learn how to balance heat, timing, and seasoning. Expect a warm, flavorful dinner just in time for fall.

Oct 6th

Crepes (Sweet & Savory)

Crepes can be breakfast, lunch, or dessert — and we’ll make them all. Learn to create delicate crepes with both sweet and savory fillings. Includes batter prep, pan technique, and folding methods.

Oct 21st

Paella - Socarrat

In this special class, you’ll make traditional Spanish paella with a focus on creating socarrat — the crispy bottom layer. Learn about saffron, rice varieties, and timing for seafood and meat additions. Bring your appetite and a friend.

Arepas Class w/ different fillings

Celebrate the flavors of Venezuela by making homemade arepas from start to finish. You’ll prepare different fillings, from shredded beef to vegetarian options. This class is fun, interactive, and deeply satisfying.
