Chef Vanessa began her culinary journey in 2009, studying culinary arts in Venezuela. She gained comprehensive experience working in both the back and front of the house, from food trucks and pushcarts to upscale restaurants and coffee shops. This exposure not only refined her skills but also deepened her understanding of diverse culinary cultures.

In 2011, Chef Vanessa relocated to the United States and, by 2016, opened her first restaurant. Since then, she has successfully launched and owned three distinct venues in New York City, including a coffee shop, a bistro, and a full-service restaurant. Entrepreneurship remains her passion, and she is enthusiastic about sharing her experiences as a business owner and inspiring the next generation of culinary professionals.

A fun fact about Chef Vanessa – she can whistle like a baseball player and finds solace in salsa music to unwind. With her vibrant and determined personality, she thrives on planting seeds of knowledge and challenging her students to reach their full potential.
